  1. Who these terms cover. Visitors to careers.monstertask.com, applicants, and account holders on the Monster Task platform (staff, virtual assistants, clients).
  2. Applications. Submitting an application is not an offer of engagement. You confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share any documents you upload.
  3. Accounts. You are responsible for keeping your login confidential and for activity under it. Tell us immediately at hr@monstertask.email if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
  4. Acceptable use. No unlawful, abusive, or misleading use; no attempts to access data you are not authorised to see; no automated scraping; no uploading of malicious files.
  5. Content. You keep ownership of what you upload; you grant us a licence to use it to evaluate your application and administer any engagement. The site, its design and text are ours.
  6. Availability. We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee it and may change or discontinue features.
